Homeopathic Remedies for Chalazion

What is Chalazion?

Chalazion will cause swollen pockets on the eyelids and may look like a sty except that it contains no active infection and may turn hard or firm over a period of time.  The cause of chalazion is due to an inflammation of the oil gland located near the base of the eyelash hair follicle.

Other risk factors of developing chalazion includes chronic blepharitis, rosacea, seborrhoeic dermatitis, diabetes mellitus or even pregnancy.

Generally, a chalazion may often be naturally healed without undergoing any treatment within a month or so.  For cases where the chalazion keeps growing bigger then surgery may be required to remove it.  Another alternative treatment is the use of steroid injection.  In some cases, a chalazion that is larger may sometimes cause astigmatism as a result of pressure on the eye cornea.  Fortunately the astigmatism can become better once the chalazion is completely treated.

Use homeopathy as a natural cure to treat chalazion as there is practically zero side effects.  This is a better option compared to surgery as this treatment is more convenient and completely pain-free.
